Maleen & Julian Finca Wedding Mallorca

Maleen and Julians wedding have been just so amazing. They invited their closest family and friends to celebrate their most special day on Mallorca.
When I arrived two days earlier on the island I met Maleen and Julian the day before the wedding. The two and their families were so welcoming to me. I immediately felt very comfortable to be with them. They are such a nice family and always smiling.

A big surprise was the ceremony venue. An open air church right in the heart of a small town, named Son Servera! Probably the most beautiful church on the island. This cathedral was designed in neo-Gothic style by Gaudí disciple Joan Rubió i Bellver. After 25 years of construction work, a lack of further funding sealed the fate of this project in 1931. What remains is a unique, roofless church. An altar under the plain skies of sun-kissed Majorca. Right after the ceremony we went to Castell de Capdepera, which is one of the largest castles on the island and pretty close to Son Servera. Maleen and Julian choose this location for their wedding portraits, because they liked the atmosphere of the location and the views from the top. Following the portrait shooting we made our way to the finca near Artá for the reception.

No wonder, that the wedding day on Saturday was one of those days that go by way too fast, simply because they are so beautiful. So many beautiful moments are lined up like pearls on a chain.
